Trail Description Wooded, through trees and above the Missouri River. This is horse trail riding at its best! Premier campground and friendly hosts. Turkey Creek Ranch, Newcastle, hosts over 20 miles of marked trail with hundreds of acres to roam. Ride through timber lined trails, wooded ravines, scenic prairie hilltops, open meadows and along spring fed streams and ponds. The beautiful Missouri River Bluffs offer miraculous views during any season. Enjoy oak lined trails during the heat of the day or adventure on a moonlight ride. Electrical hook-ups with conveniently located water hydrants and corrals for your horses. Clean outhouses, showers, picnic tables and fire rings. Cabins available. Reservations are advised.
