This is one of our favorite places to camp and ride. They don't seem to get enough good press. Sites are spacious, you have a choice of pipe corals at your site or stalls in the barn. Park staff provide manure buckets, you just have to fill them and the staff comes by to empty. Bathhouses are clean and well maintained. Trails are wide, sandy and well marked, maps are accurate. Rangers have always gone above and beyond to be helpful whenever we need anything.

I love these trails, they are sandy and wide with a couple of watering holes along the way. The arena is nice and large, I did not camp here only day rides but the bathroom is clean. The ranger helped me in the rain to load an unwilling horse, he spent about 1 1/2 hours helping me. I really appreciated that.

Love this place. Nice clean sandy trails through pine forest's and open fields for cantering. The staff are awesome. Very friendly and welcoming. Able to answer every question I posed with ease. A really great place for barefoot horses. My favorite place to ride, no stress, beautiful, quiet and clean.

Loved this place! Sandy, wide trails. The weather was just perfect when we were there. We camped out with friends and had a wonderful time. Will be going back again.

Trails are marked well but the sights are all the same. If you like riding on flat logging roads you will enjoy your stay. As far as the clean up we were told that we had to clean our own stalls even though it was advertised that the rangers would take care of the stall cleaning. This is not a place that I recommend!

this is a lovely place to camp and ride. Trails are wide, sandy and well marked. Maps are accurate and easy to follow. Bathhouses are clean. Rangers are very helpful, everyone went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Campsites are of good size, level, sandy. There is a barn or corrals at the sites. Horse corrals are pipe and well maintained, the park staff provides cleanup as well. Very clean park. cannot think of a negative...unless it would be the flies....which they cannot control!!

This is a very nice, quiet campground. Park rangers very helpful. Bathhouses very clean. Maps available of trails. There is even an outhouse at one picnic spot out on the trail. They host field trials here also, so it can be a little busy at times.
